Teams, organisation and, indeed, society cannot experience growth without some equivalent growth in the individual.
Group 8's work with schools has led to the development of an individual development program with the following characteristics:
Group 8 provides
programs that develop individuals to engage with
others in ways that provide the twin benefits of
helping others to develop their Blue Zones and
manage down their Red Zones allowing more effective
growth and development.
Practicing leadership in this way gives the leader the ability to manage down their own Red Zones and stay very productively in their Blue Zones.
Further, these programs have evolved towards providing individual leadership development in a range of contexts outside of education.

- overview of our education systems, their effect on the individual and a vision of how things could be
- practices on how to stimulate broad-based growth in the self and others through conditioning and growing the “blue zone” and reducing the impact and affect of the “red zone”
- individual coaching over five sessions to embed new behaviours
