Group 8 Education Case Study Released
01/04/09 12:12
A case study
on Group 8 Education’s work with one school in the
UK, Woodham Community Technology College, has been
released. Work undertaken with this school spanned
the years 2007-8, and while the Group 8 content and
process has evolved significantly since this time,
the report illustrates, from the school’s
perspective, the key outcomes from the program.
The program is referred to as the High Performing Schools Program (HPSP) in the report, while it has now evolved into Creating a Learning and Invitational Coaching Cultre (CLICC).
To quote Christine Forsythe, the Deputy Head Teacher, from the case study:
“The staff has changed phenomenally – eg. Staff taking responsibility for whole school issues, middle
leader harmony is excellent and mutual respect is the norm”.
The case study is available for download here.
