Student Feedback to individual teachers uses the same question set as used in the whole school programme, in effect giving the learning environment as created in individual classrooms by a given teacher. Feedback is anonymous by student and confidential to the receiving member of staff. This is a powerful input to a teacher’s self-reflection and development of professional development goals.
