The Teacher Voice survey process combines face-to-face interviews combined with our Value Framework as a way of getting at
  • the most critical values that create a culture resulting in teacher effectiveness and satisfaction
  • a rating of how the particular school context is performing for each value, on a 1-5 scale and where 4.5 is the aspirational 'high performing' level

The report below is an aggregation of the results from 1000 teachers from 17 schools, including government, catholic, secondary, primary, Australian and UK schools.
